Proposed Redevelopment

Ariadne was selected in February 2007 to operate and redevelop the Batemans Bay Marina through a competitive open tender process managed by the NSW Department of Lands.

If approved, the marina will provide Batemans Bay with the highest amenity maritime facility on the NSW South Coast. Ariadne will make a significant investment in excess of $60 million to redevelop the marina, providing a major boost to the local economy, extending the tourism and economic base of Batemans Bay and providing approximately 180 permanent jobs.

Ariadne is working with a team of highly qualified specialist consultants to finalise detail design work and complete environmental assessment studies.  The project team includes:
